Corrections
If a figure here is wrong — an approval version, a shell weight, an armour level, a chain pitch or link count, a pad reference, a price band, or a description of how something behaves — please say so. It gets checked, corrected, and the page records what changed. Nothing else you could send is worth as much, and nothing else is handled as quickly.
Questions about gear and parts
Everything sent gets read, and whatever can be answered is. When the same question turns up again and again it tends to end up as a page of its own, which serves a great many more people than one private reply ever could.
Manufacturers and agencies
Datasheets, manuals, fitment tables and factual corrections from a manufacturer are welcome, and they do end up on the pages. What will not happen: coverage is not for sale, a loaned unit buys no write-up, and nothing here is sponsored. Shipping us a product reserves no position in any list, and offers along those lines are not replied to.

Please keep anything confidential out of it. What runs here is an editorial site, not a help desk — a warranty claim, a repair, a firmware fault, a return or an order belongs with whoever sold or made the thing, and none of it can be dealt with from this end.
